| If you are interested in becoming a Freemason, please send an Email with the following information: Your FULL Name Age Email Address Mailing Address Telephone Number Place of Work, Job Title How You Became Interested in Freemasonry Anything You'd Like to Say About Yourself Send the Email To: MASONIC MEMBERSHIP A member of Springfield-Hanby Lodge will contact you personally. Completing this request does not guarantee membership. You must petition for membership in any Lodge with a specific form, and each Lodge has the responsibility of electing its own membership. You will need to meet the membership requirements Adult male over 18, freeborn, of good reputation, and applying of your own free will and accord. You must then be nominated by two members of the Lodge who can attest to your character, and be approved unanimously by all the members. By completing this form, you will have the opportunity to be introduced to Masons who will get to know you better, or who will help you find a friend who is already a Mason. Membership requires a one-time initiation fee, and annual dues. |
