These titles are recommended by individuals only, and are not necessarily endorsed by any lawful Masonic body.
Baigent, Michael & Leigh, Richard, The Temple and the Lodge

Kipling, Rudyard,
The Man Who Would Be King and Other Stories*

The featured tale, "The Man Who Would Be King," chronicles the adventures of two vagabond Freemason veterans who attempt to establish a kingdom among Afghan tribesmen, based upon Masonic tradition and principles.  It is a classic of high adventure, and a searching parable of Empire.

Robinson, John J.,
A Pilgrim's Path*

Robinson relates the history of attacks against Freemasonry and the motives behind those attacks.  In doing so, he discusses the origins of Freemasonry, its tenets, and its goals.  He then takes on the anti-Masonic voices who seek to destroy the Craft.
