Masonic Spirituality
Resources
There are many aspects to a Freemason's experience of his Craft.  Brotherly Love and Affection typify his relationship with his Brethren, within the Lodge and without.  Charity is his expression of concern and relief for those who are in need.  These are often expressed and discussed.

But a much neglected aspect of Freemasonry is that which lives at the core of the individual Mason, and which reveals to him the hidden truths of Freemasonry, giving him the knowledge and the strength to grow in the Craft.  This aspect is
Masonic Spirituality.

That Freemasonry is not a religion is well known.  But Freemasonry possesses a spirituality that transcends all religions, and speaks to what it means to be human.  This page contains several links to interesting, informative, and inspirational topics in Masonic Spirituality, for the edification of the Brethren, and the instruction of the public.
Tracing Boards
Masonic Tracing Boards are commonly used in British and European jurisdictions, both as teaching aids and as aids for personal meditation upon the mysteries and symbols of Freemasonry.
The Chamber of Reflection
This table bearing symbols of our mortality, usually situated in a quiet room, is commonly used to prepare a candidate for degrees in many jurisdictions around the world, in the Blue Lodge as well as in certain appendant bodies.  The individual Freemason may have a personal Chamber of Reflection in his own home, as a place for reflection and devotions.
The Beauty and Glory of the Day
This Masonic devotional manual was written by a member of Springfield-Hanby Lodge No. 767 as part of his research for the Academy of Masonic Knowledge.  It provides a weekly round of prayer, reflection, and devotion based upon the symbolic Working Tools of the Freemason
